Building the Agentic Powered Business: AI Leadership & Agents

Building a Bridge to AI through the 5 Voices

At Think Cloud we understand adopting AI can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure where to start, what strategy to follow, or how to build the right knowledge across your team. Our event on June 9th revolved around AI leadership and agents because we believe AI adoption is more than just a Copilot license; it’s about true AI adoption with people, process and technology.

We started the day with Steve Cockram and Becky Barsellotti touching on the people part of AI adoption of building a bridge to AI. The 5 voices play a big part in understanding how different people within business speak, think, and act. Nurturers, Guardians, Pioneers, Connectors, and Creatives all react to AI differently. Steve and Becky highlighted the differences of how each voice reacts to AI, such as creatives being future oriented and visionary are very accepting of AI where a Guardian is protective of what works and is more skeptical of AI.

AI in Action: The Art of What's Possible

Deb Millar OBE brought AI to life by showing the room the art of what’s possible when it is used creatively and practically. Through real-life examples from her business, Daisychained, she demonstrated how AI can create excitement, support growth, and give businesses a competitive edge. From creating brand jingles to translating her business into more than 150 languages, Deb showed that AI does not have to feel scary or complicated. Instead, it can make everyday tasks more engaging, make learning more fun, and take the monotony out of processes that would otherwise feel repetitive.

The Next Wave of AI is Already Here

We finished the day with Leon McQuade, who explained that the next wave of AI is not on the horizon, it is already here. Leon introduced four practical ways businesses can work with AI: asking, delegation, collaboration, and exploration.

He also showed how Microsoft Copilot can support different levels of AI working, from simple human-led prompts to more advanced agent-assisted tasks. The key message was that AI adoption is not just about using a tool; it is about understanding the right balance between human direction, human supervision, and AI support for the work being done.

We thoroughly enjoyed bringing together thought-provoking speakers and a room full of leaders who were curious about the future of AI. The day highlighted a clear message: successful AI adoption is not just about implementing Copilot licences, it is about bringing people, process, and technology together in the right way.

Connect with Us to Discuss our AI Adoption Programme

To close the event, we encouraged attendees to take the next step with Think Cloud’s AI Adoption Programme. The programme is designed to help businesses build the knowledge, confidence, and strategy they need to make AI work across all three areas, supporting practical adoption that delivers real value.

If you’re interested in true AI adoption, book a call with Think Cloud to discuss our AI Adoption Programme.
