Service Delivery Manager Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to our clients. This role involves managing the service delivery team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that all services meet the agreed-upon standards and expectations. 

Salary: 

Competitive salary depending on experience 

Reports To: 

Managing Director 

Key Responsibilites: 

Lead and manage the Projects and Helpdesk teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. 
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. 
Monitor service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations. 
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. 
Manage and resolve any service delivery issues or escalations. 
Provide regular reports on service delivery performance to senior management. 

Knowledge, Skills, and or Abilities Required: 

Proven experience in a service delivery or similar role within the IT industry. 
Strong leadership and team management skills. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. 
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices. 

Educational and Previous Experience Recommendations: 

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field. 
ITIL certification or equivalent. 
Minimum 3 years of Management Experience.
